Apparently the largest mosque in all of India, it can fit 25,000 worshippers at full capacity. The simple sandstone design was a deliberate attempt of focussing the faithful on prayer, not ornation. Foreground shows a beggar asking a Muslim man - an exchange often seen in this building's long history.
