Hi Rachel how are you doing ? The time is going by really quickly - hope it isn't for you ! Hope your back and tummy are OK now. I thought about you Wednesday evening ! Arsenal won in the  FA Cup replay against Bolton but made hard work of it - missing 2 penalties !! We won away last night in UEFA 1-3 well pleased with that - wish we could play like that in the premiership !! I'll keep you posted with the result after this weekend as it's the next round of the FA Cup - obviously we're rested this week !! I went to Michael Stanyon & Rob's leaving do on Monday , that was nice to see everyone again, although there was a few faces I didn't know !! Steve came up to see me at the hospital yesterday as he had an appointment so that was nice too. It was so nice to hear from you , I don't know if it was coincidence but it was my birthday so it made it all the more special to hear from you.I'll be in touch again soon.

Just read all your post cards and looked at all the photos, and then spent quite a long time surfing the web to see if I could find any companies offering free all inclusive holiday packages because I am so jealous! Having said that, we do have snow here in sunny Swansea which is pretty cool.

 I'm working from home today so have just had chance to have a good read of your postcards/check out your photo's! It looks/sounds amazing!  I hope that you are feeling better and that the cold has gone.  Mark has it now so its nice to know that I shared it with you both!  Forgot to tell you that Simon's op has been put back as he too has a bad cold so they can't operate!  Hes now pencilled in for 14th Feb!  Ted sends his love, he's very busy sleeping at the moment, dreaming about large carrots!

You look like your having a great time, does it seem real yet? Last time I heard from you you hadn't even packed!!

Well whats been happening here?? Not a lot really - back at work still only part time and I'm being well looked after by Deb & Michaela, I have good days and bad days but they make sure I don't over do it bless them.  I've seen Lou's message so make sure you do what you are told too missus.

Tony loved the disc you left him, he now has all the photos on his computer as his screen saver and he managed it all by himself - isn't he clever??  He's going to posts a message soon but his spelling is something to be desired so be warned.....

 Oh by the way we played you at White Hart Lane last night and we drew, we were winning 2 nil but then it all went wrong....

Right then daughter!  whats this about eating chilli!!  You can stop that right now!  You will have no inside left if you keep on!

 Also whilst I'm nagging don't forget to take your maleria tablets!  whats the point of carrying them all that way and not taking them?  Put your seat belt on in cars and on buses!

 Well anyway enough nagging, it sounds like you are having a fantastic time but be careful you need to stay healthy for 12 months!

 Your not missing much here the weather has turned really cold and they forecast snow - yipee!  I went into your old office last week and it was like a furnice!  I think Sarah has taken over where you left off with the heat controls in that office!  Poor Sophie had a right hot flush going on!

 Right then lunch is over, some of us have work to do so its back to it for me.
