Driving in a snow storm was pretty exciting/interesting, the road was pretty bad. There were trucks and cars along the highway that had slid off the road and were waiting for a tow. We tried to take an alternative route that was supposed to be more scenic but about 5 meters down the turnoff we were in 2 meters of snow so decided that wasn’t such a good idea and headed back to the highway. Grouse Mountain and Capliano Suspension Bridge. On this trip we took a bus tour with one of the local companies to two of Vancouvers main attractions. We arrived in Whistler on the 5th and checked out the village. Fraz took us out to the bars the first night. It was gay pride weekend which made for some funny stories.We spent the next day up the mountain, Craig skiing and me snow boarding. Fraz showed us his favourite runs.
