After a hard morning's work (done by 7:30AM), we stop off for a non-traditional Pad Thai breakfast. Mae-Wan was so cool. She reminded us of our moms, as she insisted that we eat eat (kin khao), come come (ma), or sleep sleep (non non) all the time. She also grabbed Bev's hand and yanked her out of the way when a tuk-tuk got too close. It was totally something our moms would have done.
