One fun little scene in Saigon occurs after sundown, when hundreds of young lovers perch atop their bikes to snuggle and smooch. Without a car to park, this is the next best thing. We waited in front of a hotel for about 45 minutes and hung out with the locals while they waited for a star to leave the hotel. It was fun to just people watch and soak up the night time scene.
