The Vietnamese finally got tired of the Khmer Rouge attacking southern Vietnam, so the army came into Cambodia to neutralize the Khmer Rouge, who had already fled from S21. The army found fourteen remaining torture victims, all dead. Their graves are in a courtyard just oustide the prison rooms where they were found.
