We stopped off at a salmon farm to take advantage of special winter prices. Mount Cook salmon is a New Zealand treat, and we wanted to try it. This guy wrapped the fish up with some ice and brown paper, and later on we cooked the whole thing for dinner. It was pretty much the freshest salmon I've ever had, and it was really, really tasty.
