Our guide, Rosey, would holler at us to raft up, so she could tell us more about the Sound or give us directions. Rosey is from the UK, and she came out here two years ago to get better at kayaking. She started out working in a ski resort, went to a school for kayaking, and ultimately met up with some guys who convinced her to come to the Sound to run tours, which she has been doing for the last six months.
