Hi guys and girls.

We left Ko Samui early monday morning. Have to say it was the quickest I think both of us have ever gone through and airport. It was also a slight change to be sat in comfy chairs and have the airport employees come and check our passports and tickets at our seat! following this we took a tram / bus to our aeroplane and left.

We arrived in Bangkok at 0700 and got straight on an airport bus to an area of Bangkok called Bangluphu, known for its backpacker atmosphere and markets. we had to shop around abit for our accomodation but our happy where we have ended up in a good location and nice room with a/c, nice bed, bathroom and tv.

Its day 2 here and have only bought a few things so far but have done our market research (James just to let you know I think there is a real market for Starbucks 2 here, 100% sure it would take off!!) so planning on buying most of the things we want this evening, so both looking forward to that.

Going to visit the Grand Place tomorrow which is within walking distance of our hotel so will hopefully have more good photos to add.

Enjoying our time here so far and not being hasseled as much as we thought so far which is a bonus.
