when you get home you must write a book!! I just had tears running down my face reading about the rafting and the Roy family!! Glad you're both having a good time but why does everything you do have to be dangerous?? Can't you go for a nice walk somewhere??

Little tip for you ben, few less starbucks and subways and the wet suit might not be such a struggle!! yea I know...pot and kettle spring to mind!!
