Best visited at night (the water isn't on during the day) this fountain is the centrepiece of Surin. Its multicoloured beauty will blow you away (red to blue to off to red). Some people, namely the opticians surrounding the roundabout, will tell you that there are many more colours and that you should really have your eyes tested. "Free, freë... you pay later".
