Together with Alon, Daniël, Guy and Bat El we went to visit a waterfall. After a good walk, we discovered the first nice thing about Israeli people: they like food and even better, they like to share it! So we were spoiled with a prepared-on-the-spot delicious pasta. Full of energy we went on top of the waterfall, but maybe we should have known better because... Willing to throw his backpack a way down in front of him, Jan's backpack landed on the wrong stone and disappeared downwards into the water. As fast as Roadrunner Jan went down as well. Luckily he was able to drag his backpack out of the river, sadly his cellphone did not survive the water. In the meantime we all had a good laugh about it :).
The next day we searched a safer hike and went to see the Fitz Roy. A long way up brought us to another stunning view: surrounded by mountains, lakes and again a glacier. On the way back Alon made us again a dinner: river-washed-eggs, tuna and a selfmade salsa with some crackers. To dig a little deeper in their culture, we learned from them a Hebrew song (what a difficult language!). According to them we excelled :). Since Belgium has a lot to offer the music industry as well, we taught them one of our finest hits (see video later). Such a nice company makes you forget about the time wich resulted in a nightwalk back home.
After two days of Israeli food we figured it was about time we showed them our cooking skills. We surprised them with a typical Belgian meal: 'wortelstoemp met gehaktballen' served with a fresh Belgian beer! Finger licking gooood. After this our ways seperated, we only traveled further with the cool chick Bat El to Bariloche.
After a 2 (two!) day busride (without the movie Jan hoped for, without air conditioning Leen and Karo hoped for) we arrived at our new destination. 48 hours of sitting, makes you want to shake your booty. Irish Pub, here we are! In Argentinian style the party did not start before midnight wich left us no choice but stay late/early to compensate.
After a good night rest we arranged our next activities: mountain biking, kayaking and horseback riding. Sore muscles but beautiful landscapes, good laughs, a beer from the local brewery ... good times!

BatEl Hey leeker beest you guys!!!!! First of all I wanted to mention that your waterfall story was incomplete... You forgot to mention the part when Jan fell in to the river and got completely wet tring to get his back pack out of the water.....
