Thanks for all of the messages. We are having a fab time. Looking forward to reaching a beach soon and just relaxing because as lame as it sounds, travelling is tiring! I officially hate my backpack, its soooo heavy and Simn usually has to carry 2 :(

M: Chiang beer and Angkor beer are both better than Beer Laos lol! Beer Laos sucks :)

As expected, the time is going so quickly but lots of fun.

Hi Both - Am finally back in the land of the living and have managed to read your blog so far - brings back lots of good memories!! Hope the trek goes ok! Will send you an email from work tomorrow with a few recommendations from us, sorry it's took so long. If you end up back in Bangkok we stayed at the New Siam II which is just a short walk from the Ko San Road with good rooms (not to be confused with the hotel New Siam, which wasnt as nice) bearing in mind this was six years ago now though!
