Hello So we have been in airlee beach a week, not alot to do but party! we went on our 3 day whitsunday sailing adventure, we set off sunday morning on reality a party catermaran for 3 days of sailing on calm blue seas snorkelling sun bathing and seeing the beatufil beaches, little did we know we were boarding the titanic!! 1st day was ok was quite cooll we sailed around some islands then went to cook island where we stayed the night we werent supposed to take our own drink on to the island but it was expensive so we smuggled some on and a few of us sat in the woods playing drinking games, climbing trees, the usual! was really funny especially getting busted and having to hide!! then next day we set off on the boat to go to white haven beach, about an hour in to what was allready a really rtouugh sea the engines cut out! skip was trying to fix them for ages and the sea was getting rougher and rougher everyone on the boat was being sick, apart from me Stomach of steel!! ha! after another hour or so went out the back to check on rach amd was a bit worried when a massive wave came over the boat , next thing i hear the captain doing a sos call on the radio, and another girl on the crew hearing what he said starting to have a panic attack! next the life jackets come out, then the helicoptor arrives overhead and about an hour later a sea rescue boat turns up, anyway we made it home safe, the crew were good because they didnt let on how serious the situation was because the pumps had broke and we were taking on water aswell, after brendon the crew said he had never been oput with waves that big before and they were all scared! anyway we lived to tell the tale and went back to the island and got drunk! another boat came and picekd us up the next day and we are back in airliee, trying to get some money back for the whole thing, we still had a good laugh though metsome really nice people, had an afterboat party yday with everyone which was fun we are feeling v ill today anyway enjoy the pics next stop a cattle farm\ bec and rach
