Day 6

The kids had a play in the morning, they love the playground at the caravan park. It has a bike course, a flying fox and a heated pool. This is a lovely part of Australia where the rainforest meets the beach, there are not many parts of the world where this occurs. Such a beautiful rainforest, how good would it be to clear 100 acres of rainforest and build a resort so everyone can enjoy it.

Then we went the Maits Rest Rainforest Walk, Californian Redwoods has enormously tall trees. We went to a forest where the koalas ate all the leaves and killed the forest.. The lighthouse was another great sight. We climbed to the top and were told some stories of the lighthouse keeper.
