Hola!

Just finished a two day excursion to the jungle which was pretty awesome. Started with a 6 hour trek through the jungle which was quite sweaty but amazing to see. Arrived at our rustic huts in the evening and watched an electric storm in the skies that night. Next day we headed out for another long walk, swung on vines and ate ants which was average! To end the walk we headed down river in rubber rings, a good way to cool off! Later that night we went 15 minutes up river by boat then drifted down in silence listening to the jungle noises. Generally, everything here is pretty good! Off to Cuenca tomorrow to visit a Panama hat factory before heading to Punta Sal in Peru to camp on the beach! Phew...gotta run...hope all is well!!
