when we first arrived at singapoue we were shocked at how clean it is there is not even a leaf on the floor they have there strict rules and laws in place to control the country. there are laws that you cant chew gum , if you dont flush toilet, or cross the road in the wrong place or smoke in the wrong area you get fined. the people there as well will go to a police and tell on you but it was great the city was amazing and so clean.
we checked into a place called Travellers inn in little india which was just out of singapour city. the city has a mix culture but its section off they have a mini india then a mini china, a mini holloand a muslim conmunity and a islanmic comunity then a westen area were they have universeal studios. it great because the center of the city is mixed but then there is comunity just out of the main city.
first night we was there we went shoping in little india and they were selling t-shirts for 80p its crazy me and lynsey got purfume for a £1 a bottle. after a few bits we headed back to are hostle.
the next day we woke up and decided to go to a island we got recomended its called pulau ubin aka old singapour. therw is a ban on development since the 60s so every where is untouched we got a tube to the port and headed to the island there we hired bikes and rode around the island which was amazing. that night we headed back to the city and went to a place called orchard road it has 47 shopping centers in one road its mad all the buildings are lit up and all of the street has lights all down there massive water fountains every where its just so hard to explain.
we woke up the following day and it was are last day in singapour we decided to visit the sky park building which is a building 60 stories high with a massive boat on the top on the way we stopped at a massive indoor water fall they say you got to touch the water and walk around it 3 times in a circle. it brings you fortune. we then headed up the sky building of it the veiw wasw amazing, their was a swimming pool on the roof which just run of the end of the building it was beautiful. the arcutecture in singapour is out of this world every thing is grand and on a super scale me and lynsey both fell in love with this place so much that we even said we could live there. tommorow were getting are flight to koh samui were we be meeting zoe and starting are trip up to china.
