Hi everyone, Next stop on from Sydney, at the recommendation of Carmel and Simon, was Alice Springs, known to most Aussies as 'The Alice' where I would be taking a 3 day tour of Uluru (Ayres Rock), Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) and Kings Canyon. And of course aptly the night before flying out there I was treated to a DVD which naturally had to be Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Well G'day hot and sunny Sydney, Arrived on a gorgeous summer's day. Good job all the winter gear was sent back to the UK from Vancouver - no need for all that stuff anymore summertime is here!!!! There is nothing like new year's in Sydney. Spent it at a party with my friend Kavita and a few of her friends in an apartment overlooking the harbour (near the Prime Minister's house!!). Off to Vancouver on my next trip to spend time with Brach's at no. 10501. Aka Narinder, Dil, Neelam, Aniel and Shadow (the rabbit). Had a wonderful time with everyone. After the delights of NYC, it was off to Cleveland for a short while to see the rellies. Boy was it cold, daytime it was about -7degC and nighttime it was about -12degC - brrrrrrr!
