Oaxaca really is one of the most colourful and picturesque places I have ever been to - and it's great to be able to just stroll anywhere in town, especially after the moloch that was Mexico City! No matter where you stroll, your next taco, mezcal or hot chocolate (another Oaxacan specialty) is only a few meters away! After tasting about 10 different kinds of mezcal, we found that the 'anejo' at the Casa de Mezcal is hard to beat... and hopefully a bottle will ...

... and yep - that's another round of fried grasshoppers as well!
