Hi, Borneo look absolutely fantastic, the orangs look cute and cuddly - not like the one I saw at Chester Zoo with Irena (Russian visitor remember - well Trace will) years ago.
Would you believe yet another programme on telly tonight (Monday 31.01.08) Prof. Kathy Sykes who used to do the "Rough Science" programme has been researching into "meditation" and all the benefits - or not - seems to be very beneficial for the brain cells - might try it but probably need some instruction - how about it - definitely need to improve my brain cells.
The weather here is great, my friend Lynda and I spent about 2 hours on the beach with our dogs today, glorious sunshine, blue skys and actually took off our coats it was so warm - hope it keeps up makes us feel so much better.
Signing off with a special goodnight, looking forward to the next installment - going to have a hot chocolate and brandy (te he) before turning into bed.

Hi Keith,
Did you really go and see the Malasyian Grand Prex if you did I hope you enjoyed the experience? Shame Lewis didn't win, but still he is in the lead - wouldn't it be great is he won the series - Next one is in Bahrain - 4th to 6th April - not sure where that is - my geography is not good now, the brain cells are not good (senior or blonde moments are coming into play) never mind still plenty of years to grow old (I hope) behaving badly - as always.
Just got a new car from a chap called Gwyndaff Evans, local garage in Dolgellau (remember when you went to the Seisan Faw (music festival). Found out that Gwyndaff was a British Champian Rally Driver and now his son Elvyn is starting his Rally career on the Irish Circuit - really cool - you never know hat is on your doorstep and you never stop learning.
Photo album is great, am really enjoying being able to follow your travels and look forward to more.
This Easter Weekend has been absolutely dreadful, bitterly cold and extremely windy - think you are in the best place Monsoon or not, I believe that Monsoon time can still be very warm - is that true or am I fantisizing.
Love you lots and would love an email - if you have the time and inclination.
Keep travelling and truly find yourself and what is important to you and what you really want .
All my love to you all !!!

Hi keith, only need your swimmers now then, no need for an en-suite shower . Rainwater is brilliant for the complexion.
Heard on the news last week that Thailand has an "Elephant Day" which I think was Wed or Thurs here, not sure what day there.
Lewis Hamilton won the first F1 Grand Pres today, next one is in Malaysia next weekend - will you go an see it or will you have moved on? Wales have won the Grand Slam this weekend, great final game against France - The Welsh Flag is everywhere in celebration.
Great all these new skills you are learning - thinking of opening up a Clinic when you get back?
Been walking the beach every day with my new friend Megan (a Welsh Collie) 15 months old - god is she a play dog, lost a stone in weight in the first month - unfortunately Polly said goodbye last April age twelve and a half - miss her lots. Tried to figure out how to upload a photo but doesnt seem possible - any tips.
Have a great journey - where next - Tibet I hope not the Chinese are causing all sorts of trouble there - definitely a no go area.
Keep safe and enjoy your adventures, all my love mum
