we didnt stay too long in byron coz its sort of a party town and we didnt have enough money to party! we did make cheesy mash this time with tonnes of cheese and butter so we were happy chappies. the hostel was really loud and we shared our dorm with a couple of proper slappers but it was funny. not a nice early start though..yack.

well its ok for concrete jungle, actually surfers paradise was really ugly and i cant understand why anyone with enough money to buy a yaught would want to put it in the harbour there! but it was theme park time! so me and jonny were happy. it was sooo hot, so we chose seaworld and wet n wild as our parkes as they were the cheapest and it was so hot you had to get wet really to cool off. seaworld was a laugh but not a patch on florida, i felt cheated they did...

we were only in brisbane for one night this time, so it was a final farewell to our base. i was actually sad to leave brisbane its been one of my favourite places. for a city anyways its really nice. the bus of course was late so we spent ages in the red hot sun in the heatwave with ants everywhere, not the nicest! stupid oz experience bus! never again! oh yeah there was a ridiculous heatwave when we arrived back on aus, they had the hottest temps ever recorde...
