Hello! sorry we havent updated this for a while...i tried to, got to the end and then the computer crashed! Since Cairns, we took our first night bus to Airlie Beach...very comfortable and lots of space (heaven in comparison to Asia!) Our first afternoon was spent chilling in Airlie beach, very cool place with lots of yachts and beautiful views. We met some really cool people in our hostel room....2 kiwis and a scottish girl so spent the night on our balcony swap...

We arrived in Sydney to some coldish weather so made a prompt decision to fly to Cairns ASAP and go backwards! Well we are back in Bangkok and ready for a shopping spree! The last few days have been spent in Siem Reap, Cambodia exploring the temples of Angkor. although a very expensive few days, it was well worth it as I hope you will see from the latest photos. The temples are exquisite. They are so huge and very grand. We saw Angkor Wat at sunrise (5am!) which was an amazing sight and later went to Ta Prohm which was the set for Tomb Raider! After a four hour bus ride with the locals....an overnight stay in a dngy hotel and a 12 hour boat trip we have made it across the border to Cambodia! Entering the coiuntry was the easiest thing ever! def beats airport immigration but the travelling is another story....the slowest boat ever...might have been able to swim quicker!!! anyway we have made it and have arrived in Phnom Penh...Going to chill out 2moro and then see some sights the next day. hope your al...
