Well we are in Laos! spent 2 days on a boat going down the river in order to get to our first main stop of Luang Prabang. The boat trip was amazing, we were on teh Mekong river, which is absolitely stunning. We spent our time reading, sleeping eating! We had a an immense tour guide Khan Fuang. We spent the first night at a village in Pak Beng, which was lovely but not much too it, thoi\ugh i could happily spent more time there. we had a indian meal and went to a bar, but have to leave at 10 as there is no electricity after this! The next day we had another 7 hour bus jouney still loads of fun, and stopped off at a Mong Village, amazing with very cute chilfren, there way of life is just so different. stopped at some caves and then arrived at Luang Prabang. The boat trip was just so good, oh and saw an elephant on the bank!! Hope eceryone is well. Sorry for the crap ryping but the keyboard has no letters left on it!
