Hello, We left Singapore yesterday and it took 4.5 hours on the bus to get here to Melaka. The only British people here are the ones that are on our tour - all of the locals stare at us when we are walking down the street and some are very eager to make conversation. We have explored the place a bit and discovered a large shopping mall nearby the hotel. We seem to have a knack for stumbling across such places. We are having dinner with the rest of the group this evening and then we set off in the morning to Kuala Lumpur, think it is about a 2 hour bus ride away.
