Bangkok's a bit of a shock isn't it? Wait till you get to Delhi!!
I remember the traffic was awful and the tuk tuk (I only went on one) nearly choked me with diesel fumes.
Am I jealous? Yes:) - it's freezing here and second test just about lost unless there's a miracle.

Listen man! Well done on surviving your first couple of days! Truelly Bangkok style you went for the noodles and were disppointed int he distinct lack....I know the feeling when you crave for noodles and all that's on offer is DURAN (stay well clear....You'll see my young travellers).
I doubt you'll get this b4 you go to the palace but check out the reclining budda, very cool and spiritual you could get stoned looking at its feet - but don't try and pry off the pearls (once again you'll see). Do the whole coin in bucket thing whilst your there and make a wish (please may it be ronnie well do ever so well in life and be rich and famous...)
