Today we went skiing. We hade so much fun and mom onced to be at the spa but she was a very good sport. Casey did not ski he snowboarded but he was good at it.

We have dropped our mouths open a few times on this trip.....intriguing factoids: 1. Cheetah and dogs live together at The San Diego Zoo. 2 cheetah...2 dogs....a buddy for each. The dog actually becomes the alpha animal and the cheetah takes on the temperament of the dog. This makes it easier for the zoo keepers to interact with the cheetahs. 2. This has been our least favorite stretch of driving. Apologies CA lovers! But....it took us 2.5 hrs to go 40 miles...the roads are bumpy. As we were driving away from Vegas, we just happened upon the Seven Magic Mountains. I had seen these online, and was super excited to see them in person. The bright colors against the landscapes are soooo fun to see. After a few short hours, we finally made it to San Diego....our 3 week adventure goal reached!! We were excited, but sad to hug Daddy goodbye for a few days at his convention....though we're staying really just across the water from Dad's convention...
