As we left the train on the Saturday we had to wait an hour for the taxis, by the time we reached our hotel it was lunchtime so we all headed out for a farewell lunch whereTom and Carol gave me words of wisdom and we all swapped emails!! We met or taxi driver for Rajistan and 5 hours later we arrived in Jaipur after seeing numerous elephants,camels and jeeps loaded with 30 people. We ate a quick supper at the restaurant before yhaving an early night.

We left the hotel at 9.30 to do an elephant ride upto Amber Palace. The elephants looked so unhappy and were treated awfully. The driver puts a metal rod in the side of the elephants head, the driver Jon and I had was unhappy about the tip, but he was lucky he didnt get a slap!! Later we went shopping in the market but as it was Sunday most the stalls were closed so we sat and ate in the Steam restaurant. For sunset sarah, jon and I went to Tiger Fort for sunset where the views were amazing. The palace itself was like a maze because there were 9 identical apartments for the guys wives!!
