Water puppetry is an art form specific to Vietnam, more than 1000 years old. Those guys on the picture are the puppeteers, hidden behind the green curtain during the show. They act out short scenes of the life in the Vietnamese countryisde (fishing, plowing the land...etc) as well as Vietnamese legends.
