Hi everyone,

So we are back in BA after being in Rosario for a few days! Caught a 4 hour bus back (man they do buses well here - amazingly comfortable!).

It was independence day here in Argentina yesterday and we went to a fair which was a great experience with live music, dancing and Carrera de Sortija (where horse-riders at top speed try and spear a key-ring sized ring hanging from an arch with a small pencil sized rod).

We really have had some great meals in Buenos Aires including Pizza, Pasta, Steak, Ice Cream, Empanadas, Choripan, Vaciopan and perhaps the disgustingly enjoyable a Burger King Quintuple (yes 5 patties, 5 pieces of cheese with bacon and barbeque sauce), I'm getting meat sweats just thinking about it.

We fly out to Ecuador tomorrow morning and that is where we will be for about 6 or so weeks being a tourist and our CELTA course.
