To be honest I don't know what this is. It looked like the man was sewing shut the woman's mouth but I'm not sure. There was a sign next to it, but of course it was only printed in 3 languages : Dutch, German and French. That was an eye opener-- most of the people there spoke 4 or 5 languages, usually not Spanish though.
