Hi to you both,
We're all on a count to see you home now, I'm sure you must be having mixed feelings as you trip is in the final stages. We are all very excited about your home coming.
No real news here. James has had his first exam-german oral. The exams start for real on 14th May-not a very happy bunny. But as I keep telling him 'it's not for long!' Katie is fine, still really enjoying uni. Had a very excited call from her at midnight last night to say that they had won 12 bottlesof lambrusco in the student union pub quiz-how desperate are students for alcohol-yuck!!
Mark is very busy, hacked off with petrol prices and the planned increase in congestion charges for 4x4. In fact he's a bit of a miserable old git.
Diane and Catherine are down this coming weekend to take Grandad to Paris on Eurostar-he's very excited about it I think.
Anyway see you both very soon-enjoy the rest of the trip
Love to you both Sue xxxx

Hi Both
Apologies for not posting for ages but have been caught up in a post grad qual - ended for now but never say never again! I think I must find it slightly addictive. This one was for coaching and mentoring new entrants to teaching Andrew!
Caught up with your blog and fantastic photos, must say you are looking very brown, I'd better slap some fake stuff on if I'm gonna stand anywhere near you two when you come home!
Love the matching outfits pix, what a cool thing to get stuff made. So much for broke budget travellers! Tons of blog - please don't test us when you return!
News from here is work is busy for both of us, weather British ('nuff said) and petrol prices so high not sure whether to put it in car or lay it down in a cellar to mature.
We have booked a few things at the festival and are going to see Jools Holland with your mum and dad Sarah.
Guess that's all for now. Enjoy the rest of your time away, can't believe you will be back so soon. Looking forward to seeing you both and hearing all your news. Now where did I put that Johnsons Holiday Skin?.............
Lots of love

Hi both
That has to be the longest blog ever Andrew!! But it was very interesting...how do you remember all the facts etc from the day???Do you write them all down? Anyway the blogs and pictures of Thailand,Cambodia,Laos and Vietnam have fascinated me and its made me want to go there even more. I love learning about new culture and lifestyles. Some of those temples are amazing aswell.
Anyway, not long until you are back now,so make the most of the rest of your travels. I would make the most of the remaining beaches and have some chill out time! And get an even darker tan to make everyone back here even more jelous!! Hehe.
Take Care
Vicky xx

Sorry we have been so long writing but there is not a lot of news from this end as we are too busy reading all the nblogs coming mfrom two travellers that we know. They must have their work cut out to keep us so well informed and up to date with all their news. The last one in particular was a marathon and one of the most interesting. The sights and sounds you have experienced are mind blowing- make the most of the remainder as it will go all too quickly. Would it possible to send some postcards to the children at your homestay family, I would love to do it. Diane came to stay for a few days and it was lovely to see her. They gave me a wonderful birthday surprise day out. Sue drove to London where Mark took over and dropped us outside the restaurant where we had lunch and then went next door to see a show and then Mark collected us afterwards and we drove home to have supper at a local pub, together with James and Katie. Everyone here are fine and hope you are too and that the heatrash is better, Sarah, as that is so miserable, and as for Andrew being poorly, I am not surprised because of what his poor stomach has to put up with, plus the heat as well. We loved the hats, ducky, and as for the face masks, definitely an improvement on some people......... Keep well and safe and enjoying yourselves. Our love and best wishes.....Gran and Grandpa.

I am really quite jelous that you had dresses etc made for you as I quite often wish I had that-being 5 foot 1 NOTHING ever fits properly especially not dresses!!Hehe. The beaches look lovely aswell-soooo jelous. Ive just got back from Milan and Venice for my birthday with my boyfriend which was a lovely 4 day getaway, lots of red wine was consumed!!:-) Anyway, would be great to meet up when you are back and have a chat about your trip, maybe over a bottle of wine (or two)??? Take care, and speak soon xx Ps.that snake drink looked horid!!!!!
Debbie And Grant
Hi guys, So glad you are having a wonderful time. It just makes me wanna keep on travelling. Just gotta get grant in the mood again!! Well all is great in Oz. They recently just located a 4m croc up here - not to mention a lady was swimming @ Trinty beach in the nets and her head bumped into one!!! So all is normal here. Will prob come and see you guys in the 2nd week of November after Morocco and catch up. Well take care and behave xoxoxoxox
Sue
That whiskey looks disgusting-how could you drink that. Your poor stomach!!
It looks a beautiful place, how fantastic to have a outfit made-I would need a very large suitcase with all that material. Hard to choose!!
Had a great day yesterday with your mum and granny-took her to see Billy Elliott in London-so good. I think she really enjoyed it. Katie is back from uni but has a very busy social weekend so we will be lucky to see her! James is on school holiday but has been going into school for revision sessions-I think he's realised just how close the exams are now. He has a army interview next week so that will be interesting-Ive told him that I hope he colour blind or something then he can become a hairdresser or shopkeeper or something safer and closer to home!!
Anyway no more news-make the most of it now-your adventures are nearly over-keep safe, so excited about you both being home soon
with love Sue xxxx
