Hi girls. You should now be in Sydney and I bet you are loving it! Are you staying with Marie? I've been checking the weather so I hope you've got your factor 30! Well jealous! You'll be pleased to know it was -5 deg here last night! Lovely. Do you know what you're doing Xmas day yet? Check out the Steyne floating restaurant at Darling Harbour - we had excellent grub there and then went down the beach. It was a few years a go but I'm sure it's still there. Hope you are both well anyway. Stay away from Kings Cross and send my regards to Bondi!
Speak to you Xmas day Amelia - don't wake me up too early though! I think Dave-mun is coming round in the afternoon. Laters x

Hi there Mincey,
I've put my new e-mail down for you so don't lose it again! It's Monday 20th December now and I'm at your mum's with Ern for a 75% sisters day. Tina is caught up in Norfolk and has loads of things going on. We're having a catch up day and exchanging Christmas gifts. Obviously I need to know how you are now and if you've been and got the all clear from hospital? Plenty of drinking, and I mean the non-alcoholic kind! Thanks for your lovely Christmas card, personally I shall be glad when this year's one is all over. Every body is fine in the family I'm pleased to say and I spent yesterday with Eliott and Sharon and dear little Izzie.
I shall talk to you again soon, Love Lynno.

Sorry i didn't get to see you off from work, trust you didn't finish to late. Well, we have all applied for our Jobs now and will hear on Tuesday who got what, so that'll be a happy xmas for some :-) The blah sign is still up but i don't need to enforce as poor old Paula has no-one to talk to, we tried to help and talk about shopping but I don't think we do it as well as you, god knows what she will do when the next BB comes on. glad to hear all is well and the weather is good, you must be in Oz by now, if you get to go to any of the test matches let me know and I will look out for you in the crowd!
Enjoy and remeber the factor 20

Hi Amelia and Lorraine
Hope you are both feeling better and have got your swollen feet sorted out by now. It was lovely to hear from you Amelia but goodness knows what the reverse charge will cost!!! Glad to hear you've done some exploring and met up with some more girls. Looking forward to hearing from you when you get to Sydney and hope the flight goes well. Remember to drink lots of water on board. Weather bit better today and have been for a last minute rehearsal for Carols by Candlelight - unfortunately you will have to miss it! Allan sends his love, he is at Milton Keynes doing last minute Christmas shopping! Take care both of you. Mum

Hi Amelia - sounds like all is going well - lucky you. Cold, wet & miserable here. Everything is going fine at the office - Carolyn & Alison have been very kind and patient with me (I keep fogetting the biscuits!!). Am finishing today for Christmas - Brendan is covering!! Anyway hope you have a great Xmas and a happy New Year. Caroline xx
Lorraine And Amelia
Hi everyone! Thanks for all your messages, it really made our day (big smiles!). We are sitting in a very hot hostel in Nadi, back after our adventures on the islands. We're going to do another postcard later, we have lots of pictures but this computer is very old so we can't download them yet. We'll bring them to you very soon ... prepare to see lots of very masculine ripples on some very athletic fijian dancers, sadly we were stranded on an island with about 20 of them! Read the postcard ...

Wasn't that a nice e-mail from Anthony ah! Did you say that you have got sunburnt very disappointed I shall tell Ali of you! Fuji sounds a bit unrelaxing with all the travel dramas. Must remember not to go on a boat with you in Sydney you can go to Manly on your own! Goss from works xmas party Steve got drunk and apparently tried to snog everyone and apparently suceeded with John Eagles!! He claims not to remember anything. Flying out soon, so will see you soon, hopefully. Em x

Well hello there Miss Lorraine
Glad to hear you got out of the country ok. Now the real adventure starts. As I sit here about to go and sell some quality products to the nation I realise that I'm totally jealous. Ahhh well. Hope you got your music player ok. I look forward to your next postcard.

Well I am impressed, I didn't even know any of this existed til your first email yesterday! Good going girls, what a technologically advanced way to keep in touch! Hope you are having the time of your lives already and no way am I envious as I sit in my dull office, having just received a warning about time keeping from my dragon-like boss! Like, WHO CARES ABOUT THAT!!
Love you, miss you xx

Hi Amelia!
I thought I was having a little adventure of my own, starting my new job after all that time with DWP (well, almost 11 months!) But on my first day with the NHS, you were off to the other side of the world - and I think I know which one of us has got the best deal! Sounds like you're having fun, and you'll no doubt have lots of stories to tell when you get back home. Have a really great time and make the most of your year in the sun! Peter
Andy (Jen)
Wow what a start to the adventure its interesting to hear all the tales from the lands far away. I bet the soaring temps and white sandy beaches are depressing not like the below freezing short days that we call home. Good luck anyway and watch out for the sharks. Andy x (Jen will write about 3 pages very soon I bet) Bon Voyage
