Hi everyone... firstly thanks for all the lovely messages...its lovely knowing you are all keeping track of us and we miss you tons!!! We have spent the last two days travelling to Penang (no longer in Thailand and are now in Malaysia) its been a hot long journey but we survived and are just chilling before we go out for dinner. we had to encounter another pick up truck journey back to the ferry and i swear to you its the scariest thing! they are just mad in Thailand - completely bonkers. tried more thai fruit at the ferry stop, had thai apple and omg it was so scrummy (puts shame to a granny smith!!) Only just arrived in Penang but from what i have seen, Malaysia is much more western than Thailand and I think much more beautiful. the highlight of the day was spotting a KFC near the lunch stop!!!!! YES!!!! been looking for a mcds since we arrived and we risked life and limb legging it across the highway for a zinger burger!!! apparantly if the police had spotted us they would have locked us up (but we didnt know this until later - oops!) still, it was sooo good!!! Im sorry i havent really emailed directly to people - it takes so much time to do this that i just dont have chance but i will try! I'm just glad you are all ok, and like i said - love the messages!!!! so we are here for two days and tonight its ladies night (free drinks!!!) the lads are all considering dressing up as lady boys for the freebies!!! lol! So thats about everything i think, apart from to say that despite the pictures, i have only been drunk on two occasions!!!! promise love al xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
