After lunch we headed to Featherdale Wildlife Park in blacktown. We had the opprtnity to get up close to kangaroos and feed them. Also got the chance to see some koala's. So cute!! The bus driver dropped us off at the ferry and we got the ferry back in to central Sydney.

I need to be off and out for 6:30 to be picked up by my tour to the Blue mountains. Our tour guide was "smokey" he certainly knew his stuff and on the long drive to blue mountains kept us informed of all the history along the way. Well the top bunk was an experience!! Woke up wide awake at 2am starring at the ceiling listening to a Scottish lady talking in her sleep with a strong northern Irish accent! Well we landed on time after a massive long time in the air. It really is a long flight if you don't do a stop over. Really pleased I was upgraded the first half of the journey so I had a bed. Not sure how it will cope on way home without this! Found my way to the train station and purchased myself an opal card (like a Oyster card) and then headed to the train. Arrived at Heathrow. Still not too excited. I won't be till I have that boarding pass in my hand!!! Go to the ba desk to get my passport and visa checked and give me my boarding pass wohoooooo! Then the they point me to self service baggage drop. Hope my bag gets there and I put the label on! I go through to security and go to Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant for a beer while I wait for the plane.
