A mixture of flour, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and dashi-served in a bowl and topped with a heaping pile of shredded cabbage and your choice of toppings. We had clams, ham, mushrooms. It is then grilled and eaten off a hot plate in the centre of the table. Tastes a bit like omlette.
