The trip very nearly didn't happen--my Mum got very ill,5DAYS!!! before departure,then the Hospital made some pretty serious c*** ups with treatment,which required very aggressive treatment,which nobody knew how she would react to,but fortunately she is from old stock so seems to be responding well.She's been fine in herself,but obviously not within her body.Anyway the trip was still in the balance right up ...
