Went swimming with the amazing wild Hector Dolphins.

So we drove to Hanmer Springs to start off our road trip journey. A local in Hanmer Springs told us to do a scenic drive on the mountains. Up Jollys Pass. Little did we know that the drive was made for 4x4's only. We got stuck several times, and on the way back down the mountain the brakes on the rental car gave out and I had to crash into the side of the mountain, rather then go off a 600 metre cliff. Phew! The next day we received a new car.

Just arrived in Christchurch today and everything is the complete opposite of Australia. We start our 21 day road trip tomorrow and are all very excited. It is so cold here compared to OZ!

In Brisbane and trying to find a job before I head to NEw Zealand. I really don't feel like working but it will keep me busy until March 29th before flying to Christchurch.

Back home in Noosa, to work for 3 months before going to New Zealand! Yah!
