We had a free morning in Cusco before heading to Ollantaytambo, where the treks start from. A bunch of us decided to visit Cusco's Choco Museo, which was Ah-mazing. A lady showed us a cacao tree, explained the fermentation process, and we saw a map of where most Cacao is grown and eaten; mostly grown in Malaysia, mostly eaten in Switzerland, although in the UK one person averages 97 chocolate bars per year.
