Camp 3 at 4315 meters. Today has been physically Not to bad, and mentally very tough. Up at 0630 to pack up with breakfast at 0730 and start to climb at 0900. Straight up and over changing rocky terrain, taking on plenty of water and snacks as we went. None of us take tablets for malaria or altitude in case it effects oxygen intake.
