We must be due a new blog post from you but until then here is ours.

First things first. With no Freddie or KP you will see we got stuffed in the latest Test. Why Strauss chose to bat amazes me as that pitch is known to be tricky. As you will know Ads, or the Aussies will soon tell you, we have to win the final test or the Aussies retain the Ashes !!!! Oh well if you lose any arguement in a local bar change the subject to Tennis and ask if they have a World class male player at the moment..............Lleyton doesn't count as he is now over the hill !!!

Last day today in Krakow and it has been brill. Wall to wall sunshine over the last few days has meant we have just strolled around this beautiful city just taking in the many sights and sounds.

We are both really relaxed and happy bears and mum has kept her mileage up with an average over the week of over 8 miles a day. Impressive eh ???

We have 24hrs at home and then off to Derbyshire for 3 days followed by Sarah's wedding in Bournemouth at the end of the week. If you get this message before tomorrow ( Tuesday) a Skype chat on Tuesday morning would be perfect.

Thought give you update back home won a tournament in penpergan (Singles and the Doubles) and in the process beat life rival Tom gow-smith in the final :D and got to the quarter final's in the crymu kitchens tournament.

Hey guys, sounds like you're having an amazing time out there, so, so jealous!! Can't believe you're off out running over there Ads! Your sis would be proud, she needs to get my lazy arse out there soon! Sounds like Mish's birthday was a winner, you seen any of te tri-nations? Unfortunatley the cricket has taken over my rugby-watching for the moment & loving it!

Have arrived safely in Krawkow. Flight fine . Great hotel with lots of extras such as 24 hr internet access free so we will be able to keep up with your blog posts. We loved the last one !!! The Aussies love their betting and good to see Mishee's birtday brought you luck.

This city is just beautiful with lots of interesting sights and sounnds. As we always do we are walking for miles and today went to see Schindlers factory where he saved over 1,000 Jews from certain death during the Holocaust. It was chilling reading the accounts on display , and like your experiences in Cambodia, it was hard to imagine how humans can be so cruel and evil to one another !!!

Going to a classical concert tonight in an ancient church which should be great fun.

Oh by the way the pics you took in the Botanical gardens in Brisbane look so like those I took in Sydney.....the sky line was very similar.

I love the sunsets you have taken but given the wether forecasts we regularly see in Oz we are not surprised.

Love to you both , and of course Carlos, and we are so smitten by the pics we think we will get a camper for our NZ trip. Will have to think of a name....perhaps Carletta !!!!!!

Glad you are both having a whale of a time !!!!!! Sorry ! However, I love the photos and it is clear how close you were to them. I got hairs up the back of with you just talking to me about the experience, let alone if I had been there! Whales are a definite must when we come to NZ and how special it is to see them in their own environment rather than in a Waterworld park somewhere.
Our latest news was nearly disaster as I tweaked my back coaching yesterday and literally could not move at all. It was agony. But after a few ibuprofen and a good nights sleep it has now eased a lot. Good job cos with only 24hrs before our hols it would have been awful if I had not been up to travelling.
It looks like the 3rd Test is going to end in a draw but why should we worry we are still 1-0 up in the series......Tee Hee !
I was listening to commentary on the cricket this afternoon and an Aussie commentator was explaining in a jokey way how in the OZ they have a competition for the most boring place in Australia and apparently one year a place with only a petrol station there won it because the most exciting thing you could do in this place was watch the dials of the pump going round !!!!!!
Anyway must go and pack. Our hotel looks great with an indoor swimming pool on the top floor with extensive glass panelling so you get a wonderful view of the city while doing your front crawl.
We have internet access in our room so will contact you by email during the week to check on your news.
