Singapore With only 2 hours sleep in Kuala Lumpur, we left at 2pm to catch our 6pm flight to Singapore. The flight was great, really smooth and only 40 mins long. It was also really easy to get into Singapore with the tube only being S$1.60 to get to the centre. Kuala Lumpur We finally dragged ourselves away from paradise on the 29th June on a very sketchy speedboat to Koala Besut. We had to wait 4 hours there before catching an 8 hour overnight bus to Kuala Lumpur. Pulau Perhentian islands Welcome to our blog of the islands guys. We decided to break this trip up as our mates told us the journey to Malaysia was an absolute nightmare! Koh Phi Phi We left Koh Tao on the 12th June and discovered a new form of transport, a sleeping boat. We were all lined up in a way which can only be likened to the transportation of slaves in the slave trade. But we were surprised to find it was actually really comfortable as we had our little space on the soft mattress and our own pillows.
