the famousness of Hinterzarten and the Schwarzwald-- the cake is Black Cherry Torte, but it wasn't the SPECIALTY... that one was the Schwarzwald Kirschtorte, which was a cherry cake that i hear had a lot of alcohol in it-- glad i didn't get that one! and their coffee is AMAZING. like, ANYWHERE you go. ;)
