Day 8 - 15/07/11 - Friday - Lectures Today was lectures again, however today was far more interesting as we learnt all about reptiles. They are pretty awesome, and there are no spiders involved in that module so I liked it very much! There was however the bloody jumping spider back in the classroom today so I was a bit scared during the DVD and sat with my legs off the floor while Anthony tried freaking me out, pretending it was crawling up my back. 7/11 - Friday - Arrival in South Africa and Makalali. So the plane landed at around 7am this morning, and I found two other girls from the course on my flight, so we proceeded to a Café and chatted for ages while others gradually arrived. By the time we were to meet at the information kiosk there were a dozen of us that had met up, but then walking round the corner to the kiosk found the rest of the 26 strong group. There were a lot of names and a lot of baggag...

Ok so this is my last couple hours in England! I am at the airport at the moment, just waiting to board the airplane so i guess this is a perfect time for blog entry number one! It was so sad leaving today,it started last night when my two best mates came over last night for dinner and it was so wierd having to say goodbye, not to mention a little tearful, and then saying goodbye to the dog and the mum today was also very tearjerking.
