First night in Airlie beach bumped into the people we met in mission beach and so inevitably went out for a few drinks and had a good night out. Next day we went on the party boat out of Airlie Beach for three days around the Whitsundays. Lazing around on the boat drinking a beer while we sailed around beautiful islands, it is a hard life being a backpacker. First night we stayed on South Moll Island where we ended the night with yes you guessed it more drinks. Keeley and the other girls were drinking champagne.

Carly who had been drinking with us forgot her fins and had to run back to the room and then back to the boat which amused us, especially when she started to go the wrong way. That day we went to Whitsunday Island with the very white beautiful Whitehaven beach. Went for a snorkel but not as good as at cape tribulation but did get to swim with a couple of turtles. We were dressed for the occasion in very fetching stinger suits Keeley's had a very nice pink stripe.

So off early in the morning again and I thought the key had been left in the room so my turn to go running to the room and back to the boat. The key was in the bag all along of course. The next day out on the boat we got to snorkel again off the boat. We saw lots of jellyfish so glad of the stinger suits. Back in Airlie beach we went down to the lagoon for a jellyfish free swim. At night we took a couple of bottles down to the park and played a few drinking games. Carly was the proud winner of the wet t-shirt competion in the bar later. Today I got up at luchtime and Keeley got up some hours later just like a typical Saturday for Keeley at home. No drinking for a few days.
