I really wish you could purchase cans of common sense. Stroll into your local supermarket, down to the baked beans aisle and carefully stacked up next to them are can after can of common sense. I would imagine it a little bit like Popeye and his can of spinach, one can and you are instantly aware of your brain cells!!!

As many are aware common sense is something I lack, in particular when it comes to travelling, or generally stepping foot outside of the house !

As a Geography teacher I should be ashamed! I think this year I shall keep that snippet of information to myself, I'll change profession to something a little less 'knowledgeable!'.

This is my third summer adventure now! I'm becoming a pro at this now. Tbh The fact that I am even referring to myself as 'A pro' is increasingly worrying. This 'pro' went to the Daintree rainforest, Australia, last year in a pair of flip flops and lack of insect repellent. This year I have come to Iceland without a coat, rain jacket or anything remotely, warm apart from 2 jumpers!

Oh bring it on, I'm a professional, hit me with it Iceland !!!!!
