This was awesome. This cave is one of the finest Palaeolithic sanctuaries in the world still open to the public, with tickets limited to 70 per day to preserve the ecology of the cave (air, wind, temperature, humidity). We saw 14,000 year old paintings and engravings of bison, horses, mammoths and reindeer. Too stunning to explain here - true art before "our time". An experience not to forget and treasure.
