Deutsches Eck (German Corner) famous because it is where the Mosel & Rhine Rivers meet
The area received its name in 1216. The memorial to Kaiser Wilhelm I was installed in 1897. It was destroyed near the end of WWII and a replica made and installed in September 1993.
