Well we are all back in our homes safe and sound. After nearly 3400 miles of travel across France and Spain from the English Channel to the Mediteranean sea and the Atlantic ocean coasts we finally came home to roost. Miles of uncluttered roads, motorways, back lanes and villages have passed by us. One thing that struck us all was how clean and tidy France and Spain are compared to our country. Everywhere we stopped there were litter bins that were used and not just dumped on the ground, it all seemed spotless in comparison to our country, perhaps we could all learn a lesson here. Anyway the trip is over without any quarrels or arguments we are all still friends and the talk is now of a similar trip to Ireland next year so watch this space!!!
