What a view. This is the last day or so ever at the house. It’s now sold and awaiting new owners. A great shame but needs must and everything must come to an end. This view will live with us forever. Adios bien amigos!!

Hi. Awoke to hot sunny weather again. Sat outside for the first few hours and then decided a trip to the lake was in order. We donned swim shorts in case the water was warm enough to swim in. As you can see two of us braved the freezing water one jibbed out. As Keith says “ mother bred a jibber””!!! Once out and defrosted we ventured to the local restaurant to again sample the local beer and tapas... it’s becoming a routine!! A nice siesta this afternoo...

Hi. Woke this morning after a very good nights sleep. Up and outside to watch the sun come over the mountains and feel the warmth of the sun take the chill out of the air, bird song and complete lack of artificial noise makes it a special place. Spain is nearly twice the size of the UK with a population of 44 million that’s 22 million less than the UK. No wonder the roads are so empty and driving is a pleasure. Also a lack of potholes and smooth surfaces makes driving effortless. If only our country was the same.....pigs might fly!!!
