Dave's top tip: When you get to Adelaide I suggest go to as many vineyards as you can drag your sorry a***s to. And not just Barossa valley, explore them all! Because of the german wine-growing influence barossa does lots of German food too.

sounds and looks like a fantastic place .somewhere i've always wanted to go (aus and n.z).

Don't like the sound of the expensive food and drink though,the tight arse side of me would have a couple of weeks each in aus and n.z then i'd be back on a plane to cambodia ,vietnam,thailand etc..Elaine has a brother in Townsville so if you get up there let us know .Never know you might get put up for a couple of days.
